Image file requirement
We require a high-resolution JPEG image file for printing. Any resolution above a minimum of 1280x1024 is considered high enough to produce a reliable printing result. We are sorry that we cannot accept any other image file types, including PhotoShop files like .ps and .psd.
Method of printing
We print on a white vinyl sheet, which is then heat-transferred onto the tablecloth. This means there will always be a background to your printed logo. As we only print the logo/image you email us exactly as it is sent to us with no modifications, your logo on the tablecloth will look exactly like the JPEG file you send us, including any background (white or other colour). If you have left your logo background in white, it will be printed with a white background on top of the tablecloth. If you have chosen a background colour to match the tablecloth colour, please note that this is not always possible as printed colours differ in hue and texture from the fabric colours we use. We normally position the logo/image on the tablecloth front drop, unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
Disclaimer
Our printing method may result in discolouration, colour fading to a significant extent, or alteration of colours away from what shows on a computer screen. We provide printing as a service - this results in the making of a customised product that cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the printing service has been completed. We do provide a proof option if you want to see a sample of what your logo will look like printed on a piece of fabric identical to the tablecloth fabrics we use. The proof service comes at a low cost and is advisable to purchase if customers are not sure of the final look of their printed tablecloth. Below we provide some pictures of various tablecloth prints to give our customers an idea of what our printing service can produce.
